Assistance plez

Yea....this needs to stop....

What needs to stop you ask?

Tumblr, Twitter, Skype, Deviantart...
All these websites I use I randomly get followed/watched
by someone on there and its either a blog or spam bot
for pornography. I understand usually those kinda people show up
from time to time however its kinda annoying to know they out number
the number of actually people who look for my art.
I admit....my choice of naming in the past wasn't ...quite the smartest,
however this is getting out of hand >:T

Does anyone else deal with this or do I just need to use a different username
that doesn't bring all the freaks to the yard...
and their like: "Do you like my milkshake"
and I'm like: "I've become lactose intolerant thanks for reminding me jerks wads."

Ok that wasn't an actual set of lines but you get the point..

If there are any kind of solutions aside from changing the age filter on my computer that
would be very much appreciated.
